Our IPS service is researched and prepared by our local experts, enabling you to assess Latin American companies more effectively. We provide you with up to five potential partners who have expressed interest in your clinical study, goods, services, or IP assets. Our service includes identifying and reaching out to potential matching partners, presenting your value proposition to identified matching partners, preparing a short profile of interested partners, and coordinating introductory meetings between you and the matching partners.
We can arrange virtual or in-person introductions with up to five of the contacts identified. Additional fees will apply if you require more than five introductions or follow-up meetings or need our legal assistance executing contractual agreements with your target partner.
Step 1: Researching the Market
We will arrange a project kick-off meeting with you to discuss your requirements and gather information about your ideal partner's profile. After that, we will briefly assess the local market to understand how your needs align with the country's market and determine the most effective approach for finding suitable trading partners for you.
Step 2: Locating Prospects
We use various databases, including our own and public ones, to compile a list of potential trading partners who fit the criteria you are looking for. After that, we thoroughly evaluate and verify these candidates by introducing them to your company and sharing your requirements or value proposition with them.
As part of our process, we execute confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and interview each potential partner to evaluate their resources, experience, and potential to execute your plans successfully. We can identify companies genuinely interested in working with you through this meticulous vetting process. Following this, we provide a brief report including their profile and contact information.
We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide strategic feedback from the partners we have contacted. This will help us determine the feasibility of achieving your goals in the country and discuss your options with you. At this stage, we will request your approval to proceed with the project or halt at the halfway point.
Step 3: Scheduling Meetings
We will assist you in selecting a partner and facilitate virtual or in-person introductions with up to five matching candidates.

Notes:
Payment terms: Upon contract execution, 50% of the professional fee is payable. The remaining 50% will be invoiced once the client selects at least one of the partners we introduced. If we fail to find you a partner, we won't invoice the remaining 50% of the professional fee.
Additional fees apply for contract negotiation, execution, market research, and partner management.
Professional fees do not include travel and third-party expenses, which will be invoiced separately as pass-through costs.
Numbers of meetings: sometimes there could be hundreds of good partners, and sometimes there is only one, yet very relevant. We cannot plan that. On average, we hold between 2 to 7 final meetings. Our clients pay us for quality, not quantity, to have meetings.
We conduct both desk and field research. If you require qualitative market data and direct feedback from the market, we can assist our local consultants in each country in Latin America for an additional cost. We offer various services, from quick scans to in-depth analysis through one-to-one interviews and focus groups, to help you obtain the necessary information.
